Towcester and District Lions Club hold a Farmers Market in the Richmond Road car park in Towcester, which is next to Dominos. It is run on a volunteer basis by the club, on behalf of South Northamptonshire Council, to raise money for local charities.

Produce on offer varies with the season but includes bread, cakes, local cheeses, free-range eggs, meat, vegetables and home-made preserves. The Kilmarnock edition of Burns’ poems includes his famous Toast to the Haggis. The Ayrshire bard was a farmer and would no doubt have supported the Ayrshire markets!
Members of the Nether Edge Neighbourhood Group host and organise this local
quarterly market. It is organised entirely by a small group of local residents and volunteers in Nether Edge, Sheffield. The market is hosted in the months of March, June, September and December each year with seasonal touches for each event (e.g. Santas Grotto at the December market).
A must for fish lovers! The Fencebay market, just five miles south of Largs, has an unusual setting under cover in a traditional Ayrshire farm byre.
