First started in 1962 Swinburn's Farm Shop has been part of the local community for generations. 'John in the Shop' as he is known to many has been there for over 30 years, serving customers with knowledge on various equine and small animal feeds, and also bringing fresh fruit and veg to the regulars. Taking on 2 expansions in its time the Farm Shop has seen many changes in customer shopping habits however have stuck to its principles of good quality at a reasonable price.

Ludlow Farmshop

Ludlow Farmshop, the new name for Ludlow Food Centre. One of the challenges that we have here is communicating the scope of who we are and what we do. The previous Food Centre was born out of the idea to create a shop in which to sell the array of produce from our farms and land which extend to some 8,000 acres surrounding the shop. In order for us to go back to our roots we felt that Farmshop better described who we are and what we do. We produce over half of the products we sell on site, and this hasn’t changed. In fact, what we have looked to do is open more windows into the production areas so that you can see your food being made.

Gloagburn Farm Shop is owned and run by 3rd generation farmers Ian and Alison Niven. Started from humble beginnings in 2003, Gloagburn is now a 130 cover coffee shop serving the very best in homemade soups sandwiches and home baking. Dorset Blue Vinny Cheese was once made in every farmhouse in Dorset until production stopped during the Second World War. After resurrecting a 300 year old recipe we have continued to make Dorset Blue Vinny on our farm near Sturminster Newton for almost 40 years.

Dragon Willows Farm is situated beneath Glastonbury Tor, on the Somerset moorlands. Our farm is a smallholding and much more, it's a complete way of life. The farm consists of 8 acres made up of meadows, vegetable/fruit beds, farm buildings and a small family home. We have created an eco, animal, and food friendly, self-sustaining smallholding selling a range of local fresh foods.

The fertile red soil of the stunning Teign estuary, a Coastal Preservation Area, contributes to the superb flavour of our fruit and vegetables.
