Gloagburn Farm Shop is owned and run by 3rd generation farmers Ian and Alison Niven. Started from humble beginnings in 2003, Gloagburn is now a 130 cover coffee shop serving the very best in homemade soups sandwiches and home baking. Everything is made on the premises, from the pastry to the jam, which ensures the quality, consistency and freshness of our offering. In the farm shop, we source the finest Scottish foodstuffs which sit next to our very popular and extensive range of Gloagburn homemade products.

Rothiemurchus Farm Shop & Deli
Established in 1985, Rothiemurchus Farm Shop started life selling fresh and whisky barrel smoked rainbow trout caught in the clear waters flowing from the Cairngorms straight into its fishery. Before long a fully fledged farm shop was well stocked and selling a range of local produce, from the estate's renowned venison, beef and heather honey to artisan cheeses, wines and beers, locally handmade truffles, pies and pates, and a unique range of jams and preserves. The Druie Restaurant & Cafe, taking its name from the sparkling burn carrying mountain water from the Cairngorms down to the River Spey, is open daily serving breakfasts, lunches, locally roasted coffee and homemade cakes.

As a family of farmers we take a hands-on and traditional approach to everything we do to achieve the best quality possible. Our beef roasts and steaks are matured on the bone for a minimum of 21 days, our award-winning hams and bacon are dry-cured here by us, and our bread is freshly baked each morning. Whilst it’s impossible for us to compete with local supermarkets on price, there’s no contest when it comes to taste and provenance.
