Jamie’s Fruit and Veg is located at White Elm Garden Centre, Bicknacre. We have over 25 years experience in the fruit and veg trade and have a real passion for quality and taste. When in season we stock locally grown produce including asparagus, potatoes, vegetables, Tiptree strawberries, raspberries and cherries. When we can’t source produce locally we purchase fruit, exotic fruit, salads and vegetables from Spitalfields Wholesale market in London, often arriving just after midnight to find the best produce.

Thurloxton Fruit Growers

The Quick family have farmed in Thurloxton, on the foothills of the Quantocks, for most of the last century, growing wheat, barley and oilseeds, and running a flock of sheep. In 1973 the Pick Your Own was started with the help of neighbouring farmer John Case, with one acre of strawberries. Since then it has grown to meet increasing demand and we now produce a wide range of fruit and vegetables on 25 acres of rich, red, soil.

Growing With Grace provides local communities with fresh, locally grown organic foods. Growing With Grace has been growing and supplying organic vegetables for over 10 years. We provide weekly Organic Veg Boxes & Grocery Deliveries to Lancaster and surrounding areas, South Cumbria, Skipton, the Yorkshire Dales, Ilkley and Otley. The Balloon Tree Farmshop and Cafe

We are a family run, high quality food retailer. The Machin family has seen the site grow, from the original wooden hut with a table on the side of the road, to the fully fledged farm shop that opened in April 2004. The Balloon Tree takes its name from an ancient horse chestnut tree that stood at the Buttercrambe turning, down the road. We have enjoyed a successful run of awards to date, thanks to a great team and amazing customers!
