We are primarily a free range egg farm, with a commercial flock of 24,000 free range laying hens and a small flock of sheep, along with goats, guinea pigs, ferrets and a rabbit! Our trademarks are an 11kw wind turbine, which can be seen from the A38, and our 200kw photovoltaic system, which helps to reduce our impact on the environment.

We have been growing strawberries at Church Farm, Sessay, since 1970, starting off with 2 acres, and gradually increasing to the present 12 acres. 1 acre of raspberries was planted in 1990, and this area has now increased to 3 acres.
