The Markets Promotion Group in Wigtown is running weekly farmers markets, from Easter till October. The Wigtown market has grown rapidly in size and now has an average of 26 stalls every week, including fresh meat, fruit and vegetables as well as jewellery, clothes, music and books. For visitors, the Market provides an excellent opportunity to visit Scotland’s National Book Town and do your weekly organic shopping at the same time.

Chislehurst Farmers Market was started in June 2011 at the request of the Chislehurst Town Centre Management Group. The Farmers Market moved to its new location of Hornbrook House Car Park, High Street, Chislehurst BR7 5AB just opposite Chislehurst Common in October 2012. The new location provides a much larger space for the farmers market which has now grown in size. The Farmers Market offers a wide variety of local produce,with over 20 stalls regularly attending.
This is a big farmers’ market is located in County Square, next to Gilmour Street station, so just ten minutes by train from Glasgow’s Central Station. Now running twice a month, and recognised by BBC Good Food Magazine as one of the best in the UK, the market brings together up to thirty producers offering specialities such as Ayrshire hill lamb, Limousin steaks and West Coast seafood. Cookery demonstrations by leading chefs such as Nick Nairn are a regular feature.
Dartford Farmers' Market began in November 2005 at the request of Dartford Borough Council and has been running since then. The regularity of the Farmers Market has now been agreed by Dartford Borough Council as taking place on the 3rd Friday of each month.

Harborough Market has had a long and colourful history which began over 800 years ago. There has been a market in Market Harborough since 1204. The market was granted a license by the King, known as a Royal Grant or Charter, which gave the market the right to trade unopposed in the region within a radius of 6 and 2/3 miles. The people of the town had to pay 3 marks (1 mark is 250g of silver) to King John for the right to hold the market.

We normally only accept produce grown or reared within a 40-mile radius of Arundel and finished products (jams, cakes, etc.) must contain at least 10% of ingredients grown or reared within this radius.
