Our busy Farm Shop is brimming full with home grown and locally produced goods, whilst the Farm Shop Kitchen is constantly baking delicious treats of bread, cakes & puddings! Grove Farm Pick Your Own started in 1981 when Brussels sprouts that were grown for wholesale could not be harvested and were offered to the public to pick themselves. Each year it grew as new fruits and vegetables were added by demand and it now covers approximately 80 acres with a wide choice of produce which we continue to add to in order to keep up with current demands.

Briarlands Strawberries are special. Grown in polytunnels on wires which are waist height, they are easy to pick. The advantages of this method are – no aching backs, no slugs or dirty berries and no need for spraying for mould (botrytis). Our strawberries can also be picked whatever the weather – a great advantage here in Scotland!
