CLOGs, The Co-Operative of Leicestershire Organic Growers and Raw n Pure the box scheme, was started in 2006 by two friends, Sue and Sarah, It began from a shared passion for growing produce, a belief in a farming method that works in harmony with the natural world and a desire for community cohesion and social equity. Our organic certification and not for profit co-operative business structure reflect our commitment to these beliefs.
Sarah Green's Organics is situated in Tillingham on the east Essex coast, 50 miles east of London. Sarah Green is the third generation of her family farming in Tillingham, where they grow a wide selection of seasonal organic vegetables throughout the year.
Now in our eighteenth growing season, we produce an amazing variety of local organic fruit and vegetables right here in Cumbria, in our market garden at Low Luckens and our orchard in Carlisle
We're a not-for-profit organisation that prioritises local food, direct trade with farmers and community-scale food chains. Crop Drop is run by Haringey residents and only deliver our service in Haringey. We keep costs down for customers, give farmers a fair price and plough our profits back into supporting sustainable agriculture and urban growing.
Since buying the farm almost two decades ago, Beryl and John Clarke have worked hard to grow and rear quality produce. They devote acres of land to vegetable patches and free-ranging animals. Upper Lenshaw is based in Inverurie, but they deliver organic vegetables and free-range pork and beef anywhere within a 40-mile radius.
We are a local, family-run organic box scheme, delivering freshly produced fruit, vegetables, meat, eggs and extras around Swindon, Cirencester and Marlborough. We also have an extensive farm shop in Purton, near Swindon, stocking a range of local produce; and we supply wholesale to pubs, restaurants, shops and festivals.
Using organic methods we grow all the different types of vegetable we realistically can, both in the fields and in our polytunnels to provide our customers with the essential ingredients for a fresh, healthy and varied diet. We can only do this because we have the commitment of our customers to come and buy our freshly harvested vegetables every week.
This is a family run business and is one of the longest established organic/natural food retailers in Manchester and the North West having been trading for about 25 years.
