Welcome to our farm shop! You’ll find us nestled in an idillic quiet corner of the Cotswolds, busy running our long established family business, providing a vast range of wholesome foods to our happy customers for over 20 years.

Visiting our farm shop is like stepping straight into the Island’s very own larder. We stock products from over 50 local producers, the full range of our own dairy products as well as specialist products from around the UK and beyond.

A family-run farm situated just outside Cromdale within the Cairngorms National Park, the Cassells farm one of Scotlands oldest native breeds, pure Highland Cattle, and a small flock of sheep - a mixture of pure Jacobs and Texel X. They also have free-roaming chickens, and occasionally rear rare breed pigs from weaners, which they turn into bacon themselves using traditional methods. Working recently with an on-farm butcher, they offer seasonal wild game, shot on the farm and locally, as well as mutton. Order via a downloadable form from their website - boxes offer a 15% discount on individual prices, or visit the farm shop.

The family have always been big cheese lovers and cheesemaking has always been in our family history. New House Farm Shop and Tea Room is located in a 16th Century Sussex barn which has been renovated to the highest possible standard. The shop sells locally sourced products including fresh fruit and veg, fresh bread, meat, wine, cider and ale, cheese/deli, store cupboard essentials, ready meals, ice cream and local crafts. In the tea room you can choose from locally baked cakes and cupcakes, sandwiches, breakfasts and Ploughman’s and of course a range of teas coffees, chocolate and soft drinks. In June and July you can pick our famous strawberries and raspberries.
