With a growing demand for an alternative to supermarket shopping, The Udder Farm Shop was opened by farmers Jane and Brian Down. They own a 190 acre beef farm on the edge of the Blackmore Vale and made the decision to expand into retail in 2005, having farmed in the village for three generations since 1938.

Tombreck Farm is in Highland Perthshire beside Loch Tay and on the south facing slopes of Ben Lawers. Tober Brown inherited the farm in 1997, and since then has planted thousands of trees and helped to create the community at Tombreck, which currently numbers 20 people. We have a herd of pedigree KuneKune pigs, Castlemilk Moorit rare breed sheep, hens, herb, flower and vegetable gardens and sell produce at our on site farm shop.

The farm has a small farm shop open every day from dawn till dusk stocked only with produce grown or made on the farm. The farm will if asked host farm walks to local clubs. Farm customers receive a fortnightly newsletter and an availability list, and they are welcome anytime to come and have a look around.
