We source beef from the salt marshes around Chichester harbour, venison from the Stansted Estate, lamb from the South Downs and Tamworth pork from the woods of West Dean. We also offer organic produce from the Goodwood estate. Our fish is sourced direct from the boat, including fantastic lobster and crab – which is available every Friday from the shop, or delivered. Our fruit and vegetables come from Chidham or is sourced from local farms where possible.

The shop's open during the week (but shuts up for winter), selling tools as well as produce and creating another social and educational opportunity to add to the horticultural experience for the trainees.
