For example, we have British heritage tomatoes, raspberries, and strawberries during the summer, and Jerusalem artichokes, kale, and dirty carrots in winter. We aim to have seasonal foods in stock throughout the year. We also offer a variety of smoked fish as well as game, – from pheasant and guinea fowl, to venison, pigeon, and rabbit.
