HOPE Organic Garden & Shop
This inspiring kitchen garden owes much to the energy and vision of the founders and the generous rent-free land donated by the trustees of Hospitalfield House. Nightingale Farm Shop
Gibbet Oak Farm began by supplying the markets. Early in the morning, Dad would drive our produce to Borough Market (a far cry from what it is today). Some 20 years ago, we added a humble honesty box stall on the farm, where you could buy boxes of our fruit. It quickly built up a loyal local following, and grew into a fully-fledged farm shop. Now we supply our customers and many local businesses with home-grown seasonal fruit, including our famed asparagus, cherries, strawberries and raspberries, as well as apples and pears, and our award-winning juices.
