The Markets Promotion Group in Wigtown is running weekly farmers markets, from Easter till October. The Wigtown market has grown rapidly in size and now has an average of 26 stalls every week, including fresh meat, fruit and vegetables as well as jewellery, clothes, music and books. For visitors, the Market provides an excellent opportunity to visit Scotland’s National Book Town and do your weekly organic shopping at the same time.

Kelso, situated on the Tweed, with Floors Castle and a famous racecourse, has much to offer the visitor. The farmers’ market brings together up to fifteen local producers offering the best of the Borders from lamb and beef to vegetables and dairy products. Bridport Farmers Market
The Farmer’s Market is held on the second Saturday of the month 9.00am-1.00pm in the Arts Centre. From Saturday 11th April 2020 the market will be held at Bridport Youth & Community Centre. This market is run independently of the Street Market. The Farmers Market offers a variety of local fresh,often organic,goods. Many of the traders are members of the Bridport Local Food Group which organises the annual summer Bridport Food Festival in Asker Meadows.

Dunfermline Farmers’ Market
This friendly market is located by the Glen Gates and is organised by the Fife Farmers’ Market Co-Operative. Up to 20 local producers set up their stalls to offer quality beef, lamb, pork vegetables and home-baking. For the adventurous there is wild boar and water buffalo on offer.
