With stock ranging from Venison, Wild Boar, Rabbits and Guinea Fowl, we are also able to supply game birds dependent on the season. We also have handmade smoked Chorizo and Toulouse style sausages which we cure and smoke along side Bacon and Hams at our smokery located in the rural heart of the East Sussex countryside.
