We have been dedicated to growing organic vegetables for nearly 30 years (Soil Association registered) & run a produce market every Thursday from 11am - 6.30pm (all year) & Saturday 10am-2pm (closed August) in our barn. We are hugely different from farm shops and supermarkets - we harvest the produce for you and you get the freshest possible. Sue Lang had been running her own Honey and homemade Preserves business for 5 years, when in September 2014 she was approached by the owners of 'Garden Friends Vegetable Box Scheme and Farm Shop' about buying the Farm Shop. Val and Mark were going to retire, but knowing of Sue's long held wish to have her own shop, they asked if she'd like to take it on as a going concern. Of course the answer was yes! She would have loved to have taken on the veg box scheme too, but it was too much to do single handed.
