Rothiemurchus Farm Shop & Deli
Established in 1985, Rothiemurchus Farm Shop started life selling fresh and whisky barrel smoked rainbow trout caught in the clear waters flowing from the Cairngorms straight into its fishery. Before long a fully fledged farm shop was well stocked and selling a range of local produce, from the estate's renowned venison, beef and heather honey to artisan cheeses, wines and beers, locally handmade truffles, pies and pates, and a unique range of jams and preserves. Morgan Pell Meats
We are livestock farmers and butchers based in Wilden, North Bedfordshire.
Morgan Pell was established in 1986 by Judy and Kevin, with just 20 sheep and 12 calves. After lots of hard work and dedication over the years, we now have around 300 ewes and lambs, and 120 head cattle.

He also has a great deal of expertise in the area of charcuterie, with which we have developed some new products using our Saddleback Pork and pork from other British pigs.
