Woodland Valley Farm

Woodland Valley is a 170 acre mixed farm, providing organic beef and pork for direct local sales. We manage the farm using the principles of organic farming and are certified with the Soil Association as well as being founder members of The Pasture-Fed Livestock Association (PFLA).

Broughton Water Buffalo

The farm has been fully organic since October 2009. From Spring through autumn the buffalo graze outside and in winter they are housed in large open sheds and outside yards. At Manor Farm the buffalo grow naturally and slowly, which improves the flavour and nutritional value of the meat.

We’re an independent, local farm shop offering outstanding meat in our butchery, along with fresh produce, wine and specialist delicatessen products in our farm shop.
