All the cuts you would find in any good supermarket and butchers, with the benefit of being direct from the farm and knowing how well the herds are maintained and cared for. All the Beef and Pork at Savin Hill is expertly cut by a craftsman butcher in our specially built premises. Paul, the butcher at Savin Hill has over 20 years experience of cutting meat. He also has a great deal of expertise in the area of charcuterie, with which we have developed some new products using our Saddleback Pork and pork from other British pigs. Look out for them in some specialist food outlets.
