Moorgate Farm
The KellyBronze turkey is reared here on Moorgate Farm until full maturity has been achieved. All our turkeys are free range roaming on t the wooded grassland area of our farm. These birds are raised by using traditional farming methods, they have the shelter of an open sided barn with deep straw and plenty of fresh air. The birds are grown to maturity over several months and fed on cereal and vegetable protein without additives, drugs or growth promoters. We hand pluck the birds and let them hang for tenderness. Your turkey is presented to you in our signature box with a meat thermometer and cooking instructions.

Brown and Forrest is a small family run smokery, started 38 years ago here in Somerset, we produce the finest smoked eel and salmon as well as a whole range of delicious smoked foods including smoked chicken, duck, lamb and trout. East Sussex Farm Shops or Birdbrook Farm Shop is situated 10 miles South East of Royal Tunbridge Wells near to the Kent and East Sussex border. This gives it the perfect blend of Kent which is known as "The Garden of England" and the Weald of Sussex with its old hedgerows, traditional small fields, and ancient woods and its old Roman iron works. Its been from here that we have been running our 10 acre smallholding for the last 32 years.
