Crazy Bear Farm Shop
The Crazy Bear Farm and Farm Shop were originally created for our restaurants - for our chefs, butchers and farmer to work together to develop specialist produce with absolute traceability. We have complete control over the environment in which our animals live, we choose exactly the right time for slaughter, we hang meats in our own butchery to peak maturity, and cut to precise specifications. However these idyllic surroundings are only 5 miles from Leeds and easily accessible by car, bike, train and on foot.Facilities on the farm include our farm shop from which we sell all our fresh and local produce, our butchery and poultry slaughterhouse, an organic dairy and a Victorian walled garden where we grow vegetables through a community supported agriculture scheme.

Pitney Farm Shop
Our farm is called Glebe Farm. We farm 90 acres of organic mixed livestock and arable land. Also, in summer our animals graze on 40 acres of lush pasture on the Somerset Levels. It has been farmed by the Walrond family for over 200 years with three generations involved on the farm today. We converted the farm to organic production in 1999 and have been farming organically ever since. We are licensed growers and processors with the Soil Association.
