The Balloon Tree takes its name from an ancient horse chestnut tree that stood at the Buttercrambe turning, down the road. A prominent and active local farm shop for the last decade, The Store is located on the Booth family farm where grass-fed lamb and Aberdeen Angus beef are reared in small numbers.
