He also has a great deal of expertise in the area of charcuterie, with which we have developed some new products using our Saddleback Pork and pork from other British pigs. Look out for them in some specialist food outlets.

We are primarily a free range egg farm, with a commercial flock of 24,000 free range laying hens and a small flock of sheep, along with goats, guinea pigs, ferrets and a rabbit!
