Provenance is key to us because we not only believe in food that tastes great but that is also local, sustainable and is good for our community, the environment and our customer’s health. But everyone talks about provenance, don’t they? And so we try to go an extra mile by really understanding precisely where all of our meat, vegetables and dairy products come from.

Having supplied quality fresh meat and other foodstuffs to hotels and caterers across central Scotland since 1965, we created a butcher's shop on our 3rd generation family farm that opened to the public early in 2014. Ingram’s Homecure

Our Bacon and Gammons are produced using traditional dry curing techniques. A mixture of natural salts and sugars are rubbed into the surface of the meat to allow natural absorption. This process can take up to 4 Weeks ensuring we deliver a fantastic product.
