It was born from the ever increasing requests from local people who were concerned about where their food comes from and the conditions the live animals are kept in. Brownrigg’s Farm Shop and Butchery

Paul and Sue Brownrigg are well-known on the Island for their quality and affordable meat produced on their own farm. They began their venture 20 years ago with a flock of free range turkeys and geese. The Brownriggs now also rear traditional ruby red cattle, have a flock of over 1000 sheep and free range hens that produce over 3000 eggs a day. These are all available to buy Islandwide.
