We are proud to have created a farm that all the family can enjoy - and once you've had your fill of fruit picking, head down to our shed for a delicious apple juice or scoop of Maynards very own ice cream. Country Market

One of the many things to get excited about at Country Market is the freshness. And as a genuine farm shop you will enjoy the naturally grown, freshly harvested produce that comes direct from our very own farm.. and with it, our zero food miles. It's good for you, and tasty too, thanks to our own favourable location and by selecting the right varieties to grow. Our environment is the key, and we look after it with responsible farming principles, good crop husbandry and sustainable land management methods that include our own rain water harvesting ponds. Getting your ‘5-a-day’ has never been easier.

Bearstone Fruit Farm

Bearstone Pick Your Own Fruit Farm was started by the Roberts family in 1971 by Owen Roberts and and his son John Roberts when he left school at the age of 16. To start with, we only grew a small field of strawberries for the Pick Your Own market and the fruit was sold from the back of the farm van! The fruit season was much shorter then. We have since branched out into growing raspberries and a large variety of different fruit and vegetables for customers to pick and the season has been extended to run from early June to early August.

Briarlands Farm

Briarlands Strawberries are special. Grown in polytunnels on wires which are waist height, they are easy to pick. The advantages of this method are – no aching backs, no slugs or dirty berries and no need for spraying for mould (botrytis). Our strawberries can also be picked whatever the weather – a great advantage here in Scotland!

Parkside Farm

We grow a wide variety of fruits and vegetable crops which are grown exclusively for Pick-Your-Own between June and October. We pride ourselves on the quality of our produce, which is "as fresh as it gets"! Crops include “table-top” strawberries (no bending required), raspberries, blackberries, black/redcurrants, and many vegetables. The farm is set in the beautiful rolling greenbelt countryside just to the north of Enfield, and yet is easily accessible from all the surrounding areas. Do come and pay us a visit sometime?

Cobbs Farm Shop and Kitchen

Cobbs Farm Shop & Kitchen formed the foundations of what is now a specialist group of independent farm shops located throughout England. We continue to feel immensely proud and privileged to be able to provide a platform for local and other British producers to sell their produce to the public.

The Balloon Tree Farmshop and Cafe

We are a family run, high quality food retailer. The Machin family has seen the site grow, from the original wooden hut with a table on the side of the road, to the fully fledged farm shop that opened in April 2004. The Balloon Tree takes its name from an ancient horse chestnut tree that stood at the Buttercrambe turning, down the road. We have enjoyed a successful run of awards to date, thanks to a great team and amazing customers!

Horsforth Pick Your Own

We started the popular outdoor pick your own in Horsforth in 1984 concentrating on growing strawberries and raspberries, with a number of varieties of each to enable as long a picking season as possible for our customers.
