Simply Veg
I began Simply - Veg in 2010 from a love of growing my own vegetables, and a passion for a simple business. I've always found limp looking vegetables in the supermarket sad and uninspiring, and greengrocers always seemed bad value for money. I fell in love with the idea of buying fresh market produce, and delivering veg boxes to customers the very same day. I began my first week with 5 customers in Vines Cross, Horam and Heathfield, and I have never looked back. Most of my business comes from word of mouth, as I offer a flexible reliable service to a maintained customer base in East Sussex and Kent.

The KellyBronze turkey is reared here on Moorgate Farm until full maturity has been achieved. All our turkeys are free range roaming on t the wooded grassland area of our farm. These birds are raised by using traditional farming methods, they have the shelter of an open sided barn with deep straw and plenty of fresh air. The birds are grown to maturity over several months and fed on cereal and vegetable protein without additives, drugs or growth promoters. We hand pluck the birds and let them hang for tenderness.
