The Butts Farm Shop is situated within The Butts Farm. They farm rare and traditional breeds of cattle, sheep, pigs, goats and poultry. The Farm is open to the public from February to October and attracts some 10,000 visitors per year. With Judy's ability to produce fine stock they are confident that when you buy from The Butts Farm Shop you will find yourself eating some of the finest meat in the UK.

Barbreck Farms
One of the few farms in Argyll to raise and finish their own cattle, Barbreck is situated on rich, low-lying pasture at the head of Loch Craignish, around 20 miles south of Oban. Calves are suckled until 10 months old and fed home-produced silage when wintering in sheds, before being butchered on site. Barbreck's lambs are raised on their mother's milk and herb-rich hill pastures, and both meats are available from their website and in the farm shop, alongside seasonal pork from Mull and local venison.

In our farm shop we are passionate about selling fresh, local and seasonal produce. We grow asparagus and fuit on the farm, everything else we try to buy as locally as possible to support other local producers when its in season. Made on site using simply fruit, cream and sugar it is (we believe) the best ice-cream there is!
