Baylham House Rare Breeds farm
The meat from all the animals at Baylham is completely free range and reared with traditional methods, resulting in delicious flavours. Our meat is available to buy in the shop: pork, bacon and ham are available to buy all year round, and other meats are available seasonally.

Avalon Vineyard
Avalon Vineyard is situated on the site of a historic vineyard near Glastonbury and was started from scratch by myself, Hugh Tripp, and my wife, Hilary. Starting on just half an acre in 1981, our first wines won awards in national competitions. Encouraged, we bought more land to expand plantings and build our own winery. From the start we were committed to organic principles. This was facilitated by our choice of resistant ‘hybrid’ varieties of vine that do not need to be sprayed with fungicide (which is something that happens even in many organic vineyards).

Pippins Fruit Farm
Located near to Tunbridge Wells in the High Weald, Pippins Farm is a well established supplier of high quality fruit. All produce is grown on site with over 50 varieties of apples, pears, plums, cherries, quinces and cobnuts available in season. In addition to modern commercial varieties such as Braeburn, Bramley, Cameo, Cox, Gala and Fuji, a traditional orchard of older varieties produces many apples not often found on supermarket shelves.
