Simon Letzer fishes from Brancaster Staithe in his boat Speedwell catching Lobster, Crab and fish including Bass, Cod, Skate & Whiting.

To complement the catch Simon has a smokehouse in Ringstead where he smokes Scottish Salmon, Cod, Herring, Mackerel and Prawns using traditional methods passed down from his father Paul Letzer.
