We set up back in 2011 at the top of Glenlyon, one of the most beautiful glens in the Scottish Highlands. After several winters spent digging lorry deliveries out of snowdrifts on our single track road we moved the roastery lock, stock and barrel to Aberfeldy, a cool little town on the banks of the River Tay. Is this your company?Here we roast up some of the world’s finest beans on our much loved Probat with a team of six and a gang of lovely dogs. When we’re not roasting, cupping or brewing you’ll most likely find us out in the hills and on the rivers of our beautiful Highland home.
