Growing The Veg Box
The Growing the Veg Box project has been preparing veg, fruit and salad to hundreds of customers across Torfaen for almost 7 years. We’re part of the Garnsychan Partnership, a charity based in Garndiffaith, and operate as a social enterprise; all our profits are reinvested back into our community in the form of volunteer placements and training, art, cookery and gardening classes, and support for other community organisations. Is this your company?As we’re a part of the Garnsychan Partnership our mission and aims are synonymous with the rest of the organisation. You can find them here. All our activities revolve around providing affordable access to healthy fresh produce to our community, especially those who’re vulnerable, disadvantaged, or otherwise unable to access a healthy diet. By buying your veg, fruit and salad from us you help to support us in providing this access and in supporting people through other means.
